Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 04 Nov 2025

Applies to: digital software licenses, subscriptions, and related services sold by ADMINGLOVES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”). This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Quick summary

Try before you buy: a free trial/demo is available.

Unused licenses: refundable within 7 days if the license key has not been activated.

Activated licenses: non-refundable, except for duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; current period is not refunded unless required by law or we made a billing mistake.

Services (installation, customization, design): non-refundable once delivered.

We process approved refunds back to the original payment method.

1) Eligibility for refunds

You may request a refund if one of the following applies:

Unactivated license: within 7 days of purchase and the license key has not been activated or used to access paid features.

Duplicate or accidental charge: you were billed more than once for the same order, or paid twice by mistake.

Technical issue not resolved: you opened a support ticket within 7 days of purchase, followed our troubleshooting steps, and we could not make the product function as advertised on a supported platform.

Failed download or delivery: you never received the license key or the download repeatedly failed and we could not provide access.

Not eligible:

Any license that has been activated, used, or materially accessed.

Change of mind after activation.

Incompatibility with unsupported systems or environments outside our system requirements.

Professional services once delivered (e.g., installation, custom development, design work).

Third-party marketplace purchases (request refunds from the marketplace per their rules).

2) Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

We do not prorate or refund the current billing period once it starts, except for duplicate charges or our billing errors.

If a renewal occurred by mistake after timely cancellation proof, contact us within 7 days and we will review.

3) How to request a refund

Email payments@admingloves.com with:

Subject: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”

Order ID, purchase date, account email, and payment method last 4 digits (if card).

Reason for the request (pick one of the eligibility cases above).

For technical issues: include ticket number, logs or screenshots, and steps already tried.

We will acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 5 business days after we have the needed details.

4) Processing time and amounts

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Banks and payment providers can take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

If our payment processor retains non-refundable processing fees or FX fees, those amounts may not be returned. We will share the breakdown on request.

Refunds are made in INR (or the currency used at checkout). Exchange-rate differences are outside our control.

Applicable GST is handled per tax rules at the time of refund.

5) Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback while a refund review is in progress, we may pause license access during the investigation. Proven fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to account suspension.

6) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” will reflect the latest version. Substantial changes will be noted on our website.
